When I started my UX journey, I was completely alone. I didn’t know anyone in tech and it was brutal. It was during that time that I made a personal promise to be the mentor I didn’t have for others like me: people who want a fulfilling career that pays well. Making a career change is a vulnerable spot to be in. Honest and well-informed mentorship is both critical and hard to find.
